Terms Of Sale
The following information is provided to establish a common understanding of the obligations, risks, and costs of the buyer and seller involving the delivery of goods that make up the sales transaction:
Selling Freedom
The seller reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Shipping
Free shipping time is currently 1-3 weeks after placing your order (These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed). All orders are shipped DHL with a signature required. The seller is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. In the case of lost or stolen shipments, the buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. The seller does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. The seller only ship to the following E.U. countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Return Policy
All sales are final. The seller does not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made. On a case-by-case basis, under extenuating circumstances, if the seller determines a refund is warranted, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund. For the seller to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within five days of receiving the order.
Damages
The buyer must inspect all delivered goods and notify the seller about damage claims within five days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are charged to all orders.

The information the seller collects for orders includes name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card, internet protocol (IP) address, and geographical region. By providing this information to the seller, the buyer represents that they own and consent to our use of such personal data. The seller uses this information to verify and process orders, collect payment and charge for the seller's services, and to contact and respond to the buyer's requests regarding sales and support. The buyer has the right to withdraw or decline consent at any time. If the buyer does not provide the requested information, the seller will not be able to provide services to them.
